Job summary

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR partner to plant and operational leaders.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Support and drive recruiting efforts for both hourly and salaried positions.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
• Analyze turnover, retention, attendance, and workforce trends to help drive business decisions.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and workplace safety requirements.
• Coach and develop managers on leadership effectiveness and people management practices.
• Support organizational change, restructuring efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership on compensation planning, performance reviews, and talent assessments.
