#twiceasnice Recruiting is seeking a Bilingual HR Coordinator for our client in Balch Springs, TX. The role balances office HR tasks with hands-on support on the production floor, handling onboarding, benefits, records, recruiting coordination, HR tracking, and employee support.

You will work on-site, supporting day-to-day HR operations in a manufacturing setting while partnering with external HR, payroll, benefits, and staffing providers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience required.
• Experience in production, warehouse, construction, or industrial environments required.
• Professional working proficiency in Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, new hire paperwork, and employee file maintenance
• Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and general employee questions
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendor on payroll updates, benefits inquiries, and HR support needs
• Support recruiting with job postings, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication
• Maintain HR records including training logs, acknowledgments, and certifications
• Provide administrative support for employee relations matters (note-taking, filing, scheduling)
• Assist with updates to HR documents and handbook materials
• Help coordinate company meetings, employee recognition, and events
• Maintain basic HR tracking spreadsheets (headcount, new hires, terminations)
• Support employees in the office and on the production floor with routine HR needs

Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Bilingual HR Coordinator to join their team in Balch Springs, TX.
