Job summary

Catallia Mexican Foods, LLC is seeking an HR Benefits Program Administrator to develop, implement, and manage employee benefits programs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Eagan, MN. The role emphasizes bilingual communication, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.

The ideal candidate will handle FMLA/PFML, workers’ compensation, ADAAA accommodation processes, and HR compliance while partnering with leaders and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish with clear HR/benefits communication.
• Hands-on benefits program management experience and open enrollment.
• Experience with FMLA/PFML leave, workers’ compensation, and payroll.
• Knowledge of federal and Minnesota employment laws and leave programs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• 3+ years in HR generalist, benefits administration, or HRBP.
• Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong judgment, confidentiality, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, eligibility, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation claims and return-to-work processes.
• Administer FMLA, PFML, and other leave programs; manage notices and documentation.
• Oversee ADAAA accommodation processes and follow-up with stakeholders.
• Support payroll by reviewing timekeeping and benefit deductions.
• Ensure HR records and compliance reporting are up to date.
• Provide bilingual HR support to employees and leaders.
• Maintain and improve benefits documentation and communications.
