Job summary

HR Jobs is seeking a bilingual Human Resources Specialist to support team member relations and HR programs across the Americas. The role focuses on policy application, training, surveys, and benefits administration within a manufacturing context.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in HR/Business, 6+ years in HR generalist roles, and proficiency with HRIS/Oracle; bilingual English and Spanish and/or Portuguese are preferred. Onsite in Jackson, TN with evening shift expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• PHR or SPHR designation preferred.
• Greater than 6 years of HR generalist experience with advanced team member relations exposure.
• Experience in corporate and manufacturing settings.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple departments and prioritize activities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
• Strong project and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/Oracle systems.

Responsibilities

• Resolve team member relations issues through daily interaction with team members and department leaders; provide feedback to team member relations management.
• Support consistent, fair application of policy and past practice.
• Conduct exit interviews and review results with the HR team.
• Draft policies and procedures in collaboration with HR colleagues.
• Ensure standardized, policy-compliant hiring for hourly team members.
• Review terminations.
• Assist with negotiating service contracts.
• Support administration of team member survey.
• Analyze morale using multiple methods.
• Execute team member relations activities (communications, round table meetings, etc.).
• Investigate Ethics Point matters.
• Deliver team member relations training classes.
• Maintain knowledge of TBA organization, plants, processes, products, and terminology.
