Responsabilités

• Assist day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Support recruitment including scheduling interviews and candidate communication.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Serve as liaison between Spanish-speaking employees and HR management.
• Assist onboarding and conduct orientation sessions.
• Help coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Respond to employee inquiries in Spanish and English.
