Job summary

Actalent in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support core HR functions across multi-site operations. You will handle employee records, onboarding, benefits, recruiting, training, and compliance while collaborating with operations and safety teams.

The position requires bilingual Spanish proficiency and strong knowledge of Arizona labor laws and HR systems. This onsite role uses HRIS and ATS tools to maintain accurate data and foster a compliant, engaging workplace.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in multi-site environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish for translation and communication.
• Strong knowledge of Arizona labor laws and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliant employee records including personnel files, I-9 documentation, and benefits records.
• Support HRIS data entry, reporting, and documentation to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Assist full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes across multi-site operations.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure completion of required documentation and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, Arizona, and California labor laws, including wage and hour regulations and E-Verify.
• Train and support supervisors on HR systems for performance management and policy acknowledgments.
