Epiphany Community Health Outreach Services (ECHOS) seeks a Bilingual Housing Stability Case Manager (Spanish/English) to deliver individualized case management for clients facing housing instability or eviction risk. You will assess needs, set measurable goals, connect clients to resources, and provide coaching and follow-up to promote long-term stability.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required; additional languages are a plus.
