Job summary

Volunteers of America Colorado seeks a Guest Services Coordinator for the Family Motel, overseeing a residential facility across shifts. You will support housing stability, safety, and client needs while coordinating activities and maintaining records in HMIS and Service Point.

Ideal candidates bring a related associate degree, 1 year of human services experience, and bilingual English/Spanish skills. The role offers part-time and full-time schedules with diverse responsibilities and front desk

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
• One year direct human service experience.
• Willing to obtain first aid/CPR/ AED certifications and keep current.
• Criminal and civil background checks within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work as part of a team; strong organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest voices are heard and inform program decisions.
• Document all client interactions and required data in HMIS/Service Point.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the facility and coordinate activities.
• Assist in supervising volunteers and front desk duties.
• Support scheduling and coverage across shifts and facilities.
