Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken, reading and writing).
• Associate’s degree in social work, human services, or related field required.
• One year of experience in case management or related services.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized case management and support to clients to promote self-sufficiency and stable housing.
• Conduct screenings and assessments to determine program eligibility with compassion and professionalism.
• Connect clients with community resources and advocate for housing opportunities.
• Maintain precise client documentation and collaborate with the Client Services Manager to drive client success.
