Job summary

NeighborImpact in Bend is seeking a Housing Advocate to empower individuals through personalized case management, guiding them toward self-sufficiency and stable housing with dignity.

You will screen clients, assess eligibility, connect them with community resources, and advocate for housing opportunities while maintaining thorough documentation. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; if applicable, travel across the tri-county area is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in social work, human services, or related field required.
• One year of experience in case management or related services required.
• Ability to travel throughout the tri-county area regularly using a personal vehicle required.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, access to reliable transportation, and background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized case management and support to clients to ensure self-sufficiency and stable housing.
• Screen and assess eligibility to determine program suitability and connect clients with community resources.
• Advocate for housing opportunities and maintain precise client documentation.
• Collaborate with the Client Services Manager to facilitate client success.
