Centers Health Care in New York seeks a Hospital Liaison to manage hospital accounts and drive admissions. This role reports to the Regional Manager of Sales and Admissions and focuses on developing partnerships that boost census across the region.

The ideal candidate will have sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines. Proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office is a plus; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, business, or related field.
• Some admission experience in SNF settings is helpful.
• Sales experience is required.
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong clinical assessment and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work within strict time constraints.
• Proactive intake management and leadership abilities.
• Solid computer skills; working knowledge of MS Office.
• Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop admissions for assigned hospital accounts and drive census.

• Maintain up-to-date account information and contacts in CRM (Salesforce).
