Job summary

Eagle County is seeking a Homeless Services Coordinator to provide front-line administrative and direct case management support to individuals experiencing homelessness in Eagle County. The role emphasizes housing-first approaches, intake management, and resource referrals in an office-based setting with some field work.

Responsibilities include direct client services, data entry in HMIS, and collaboration with community partners.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or combination of education and experience producing required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Services & Case Management: serve as primary on-site contact, conduct intake, coordinate housing referrals, and support Permanent Supportive Housing residents.
• Operations & Supply Oversight: manage front office inquiries and oversee inventory of client amenities.
• Data & Compliance: maintain client records in HMIS and comply with reporting standards.
• Community & Safety: collaborate with shelters, healthcare providers, and food banks while upholding Eagle County core values.
