Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum two years full-time experience in customer service, public assistance, or related fields.
• Experience working with homelessness or vulnerable populations.
• Knowledge of basic case management principles and housing practices.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Valid driver’s license; travel to Eagle River Valley and Roaring Fork Valley.
• Personal vehicle use may be required with mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Direct on-site client services and case management, coordinating housing referrals.
• Manage front office inquiries and oversee essential client amenities.
• Maintain HMIS and other records to ensure compliance with funding requirements.
• Collaborate with community partners and uphold safety standards.
