Eagle County Government seeks a Homeless Services Coordinator to provide front-line administrative support and direct case management for individuals experiencing homelessness in Eagle County. The role emphasizes a housing-first and trauma-informed approach, managing intake, client services, and referrals, plus data entry and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in social work, human services, or a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of full-time experience in customer service, public assistance, or related fields.
• Experience with individuals experiencing homelessness or vulnerable populations.
• Knowledge of basic case management principles and housing practices.
• Lived experience with homelessness or housing instability is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Direct Client Services & Case Management: be the on-site point of contact, conduct intake, coordinate housing referrals, support PSH residents.
• Operations & Supply Oversight: handle front office inquiries and manage inventory for client amenities.
• Data & Compliance: maintain accurate client records in HMIS and other databases for compliance.
• Community & Safety: collaborate with regional partners and uphold county core values.
