Job summary

Volunteers of America Colorado is seeking a full-time Housing Case Manager to serve families in the Denver area. You will conduct needs-based assessments, coordinate housing services, and engage with community providers to support housing stability.

The role requires bilingual Spanish, strong organizational skills, and experience with homeless services; driving may be required within a seven-county area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience working with people experiencing homelessness.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing case management and ensure participants receive regular engagement opportunities for services.
• Collect and maintain necessary documents for housing eligibility and identification.
• Maintain accurate client information in HMIS/Service Point and other databases.
