Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Healthcare Admin, Business, Social Services, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in home care, healthcare operations, scheduling, or client services.
• Experience supervising or training staff preferred.
• Experience with caregiver staffing, visit verification, and client authorization management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train new client coordinators and provide ongoing support to staff.
• Optimize hours utilization and reassign caregivers to maximize approved hours.
• Verify visits daily to prevent billing delays.
• Assist coordinators in assigning caregivers to clients as needed.
• Monitor coordinator dashboards and address anomalies promptly.
• Proactively follow up with VA clients to obtain authorizations.
• Manage authorization adjustments and terminations in a timely manner.
• Oversee accurate timesheet completion for caregivers using telephony.
• Mediating conflicts to maintain positive working relationships.
