Help At Home, LLC in Illinois is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Speaking Care Supervisor to lead homecare teams and ensure high-quality, compassionate care for clients living at home.

You will supervise staff, coordinate plans of care, and monitor client satisfaction while complying with HIPAA and state regulations. This full-time role requires reliable travel to client sites and strong bilingual communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
• Current PPD or Chest X-ray if applicable.
• Medicaid or Home Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• May maintain elements of the assigned clients’ files, employee files and all related paperwork.
• Ensures confidentiality of client information under HIPAA guidelines.
• May provide direct training.
• Assigns homecare aides based on client needs and Plan of Care.
• Monitors performance of homecare aides to ensure quality service.
• Proactively communicates schedules and changes with stakeholders.
• May conduct in-home visits with a client per month.
• Prepares and submits routine departmental reports.
• Records and maintains documentation of client condition and service.
• May conduct client satisfaction surveys and staff trainings.
• Handles client complaints; documents issues for resolution.
• Provides education and coaching on changes to a Plan of Care.
• Maintains positive relationships with clients and staff.
• Ensures compliance with laws and company policies.
