Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of industry experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates and manages work schedules in the scheduling system and adjusts for changes.
• Provides alternate coverage to keep client care on track.
• Contacts care providers and clients to share service updates.
• Conducts monthly wellness calls and home visits as needed.
• Oversees direct care staff, ensuring attendance and performance align with policies.
• Maintains a professional, organized branch environment and handles confidential information.
