Flat Irons Flex Care is hiring a Recruiter & HR Onboarding Coordinator in Westminster, CO. This full-time role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, and supporting our caregiver workforce while maintaining accurate employee information and providing ongoing support to caregivers and the office team.

The position requires bilingual Spanish-speaking abilities, strong organization, and experience with caregiver recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish-speaking required.
• At least 1 year of home care experience.
• Experience in healthcare recruiting, HR onboarding, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with EVV systems such as HHA Exchange is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and screen potential caregivers.
• Conduct phone screenings and assist with scheduling interviews.
• Review applications and resumes and identify qualified candidates.
• Coordinate caregiver interviews and follow up with applicants.
• Assist with onboarding for newly hired caregivers.
• Collect, review, and maintain required employee documentation.
• Maintain caregiver personnel files and information.
• Assist with background checks, reference checks, and employment verification.
• Coordinate caregiver assignments based on patient needs and caregiver availability.
• Support job postings, recruiting activities, and caregiver outreach.
• Participate in job fairs and other recruitment activities as needed.
• Provide administrative support to HR and operations teams.
