Job summary

Flat Irons Flex Care, a multi-state home care agency, seeks a Recruiter & HR Onboarding Coordinator to recruit, onboard, and support our caregiver workforce. You will help ensure we have the right caregivers in place while maintaining accurate employee information and providing ongoing support to caregivers and the office team.

You will serve as a key connection between caregivers, patients, and the agency, helping keep staffing and administrative processes organized and running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish-speaking is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of home care experience.
• Experience in healthcare recruiting or HR onboarding is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and screen potential caregivers.
• Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews.
• Assist with the onboarding process for newly hired caregivers.
• Maintain caregiver documentation and files.
• Coordinate caregiver interviews and follow-ups.
• Update HR records and internal systems.
• Support job postings and caregiver outreach.
