Flat Irons Flex Care is seeking a Recruiter & HR Onboarding Coordinator to join our caregiver-first team in Colorado. This full-time role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, and supporting our caregiver workforce while maintaining accurate employee information.

You will act as a connection between caregivers, patients, and the agency, helping keep staffing and HR processes organized and compliant, with a strong emphasis on communication and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish-speaking required.
• At least 1 year of home care experience.
• Experience in healthcare recruiting, HR onboarding, or related HR fields preferred.
• Familiarity with EVV systems such as HHA Exchange a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and screen potential caregivers and coordinate interviews.
• Onboard newly hired caregivers and maintain accurate HR records.
• Support caregiver scheduling and staffing based on patient needs.
• Verify applications, resumes, and required documentation.
• Maintain caregiver files and assist with background/reference checks.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, patients, and team.
