Job summary

Flat Irons Flex Care is seeking a Recruiter & HR Onboarding Coordinator in Westminster, CO to recruit, onboard, and support our caregiver workforce. You will ensure we have the right caregivers, maintain accurate employee information, and provide ongoing support to caregivers and the office team.

You will serve as a vital link between caregivers, patients, and the agency, helping staffing and administrative processes run smoothly. This is a full-time, on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish-speaking required.
• At least 1 year of home care experience.
• Experience in healthcare recruiting, HR onboarding, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with EVV systems such as HHA Exchange is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and screen potential caregivers and conduct phone screenings.
• Coordinate onboarding and maintain caregiver records and schedules.
• Support HR and operations with postings, outreach, and recruitment events.
• Ensure accurate documentation and confidentiality.
