Job summary

Flat Irons Flex Care is seeking a Recruiter & HR Onboarding Coordinator to recruit, onboard, and support our caregiver workforce across multiple states. You will ensure accurate employee information and provide ongoing support to caregivers and the office team.

This full-time, in-person role requires bilingual Spanish-speaking capability and strong organizational skills to manage interviews, background checks, documentation, and scheduling while upholding a caregiver-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish-speaking required.
• At least 1 year of home care experience.
• Experience in healthcare recruiting, onboarding, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with EVV systems such as HHA Exchange.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and screen potential caregivers.
• Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews.
• Assist with onboarding for newly hired caregivers.
• Maintain caregiver personnel files and information.
• Assist with background checks and employment verification.
• Coordinate caregiver interviews and follow up with applicants.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers and patients.
• Update HR records and internal systems.
