Job summary

Flat Irons Flex Care is seeking a Recruiter & HR Onboarding Coordinator to grow our caregiver workforce and support operations. You will recruit, screen, and onboard caregivers, maintain accurate employee records, and coordinate interviews and scheduling across a multi-state home care network.

You will serve as a vital link between caregivers, patients, and the agency, upholding confidentiality and a caregiver-first, patient-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish-speaking required.
• At least 1 year of home care experience.
• Experience in healthcare recruiting, home care, human resources, onboarding or a related field preferred.
• EVV experience a plus (HHA Exchange).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Caregiver-first culture and patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and screen potential caregivers.
• Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews.
• Assist with onboarding of newly hired caregivers.
• Collect, review, and maintain required employee documentation; maintain caregiver files.
• Coordinate caregiver interviews and follow-up with applicants.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating caregiver assignments based on patient needs.
• Support HR and operations with administrative tasks and onboarding documentation.
