You will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for cleaners, supervise training to meet company standards, and manage daily/weekly scheduling with our software to ensure smooth operations and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish; communicates with diverse team and clients.
• Experience in house cleaning, hospitality, or related service industry.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end hiring for cleaners (ads, interviews, onboarding).
• Lead hands-on training to ensure cleaning quality.
• Perform site visits and quality checks to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Manage daily/weekly scheduling for cleaning teams using scheduling software.
