Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Manage the end‑to‑end hiring process for new cleaners (posting ads, interviewing, and onboarding).
• Training & Development: Lead hands‑on training for new hires to ensure they meet company cleaning standards.
• Quality Control: Perform periodic site visits and quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Logistics: Manage daily/weekly scheduling for our cleaning teams using our scheduling software.

Requirements (Must‑Haves)

• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required to communicate effectively with our diverse team and client base).
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in house cleaning, hospitality management, or a related service industry.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage people, provide constructive feedback, and maintain morale.
• Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to visit job sites.
• Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable using scheduling software and basic office apps.
