eMaids is seeking a Cleaning Trainer/Supervisor to lead a growing team across Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan and Bronx. The role requires bilingual Spanish/English skills and a track record of leadership in cleaning services.

You will supervise jobs, train staff, oversee hiring, conduct inspections, and provide onsite estimates while ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required; fluent in Spanish with basic English.
• Leadership experience: train, motivate and guide a team.
• Proven teamwork and reliability; strong work ethic and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise large cleaning jobs ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Conduct cleaning inspections of new team members (2–3 per week).
• Perform customer follow-ups to address concerns.
