Job summary

Molly Maid of Boca Raton and Coral Springs is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to join our fast-paced residential cleaning team. This full-time, on-site role oversees daily operations, manages a team of about 30, and ensures exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, can pass background and drug tests, proficient in Microsoft Office, and available Monday–Friday starting at 7:00 AM. Florida driver’s license required and legal to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in office management, recruiting, training, or customer service.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and other basic business software.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Available to work Monday through Friday, starting as early as 7:00 AM.
• Have a valid Florida Driver’s License and can drive.
• Fully bilingual English - Spanish (must be able to read, write, and speak both languages).
• Able to pass a background check and a drug test.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and manage a team of approximately 30 employees.
• Dispatch cleaning teams and adjust schedules based on customer requests and schedule changes.
• Hire, fire and provide coaching and support to cleaning staff and office personnel.
• Handle customer requests for service, complaints and scheduling.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions with the office and cleaning crews.
• Manage inventory of supplies, equipment, and products.
• Drive performance to meet revenue and sales targets.
• Maintain a structured, friendly and efficient working environment.
