Molly Maid of Northwest Dallas County is seeking an experienced Bilingual Field Operations Manager to lead field teams and develop Home Service Professionals.

You will work hands-on in the field, coaching staff, ensuring staffing/training, and maintaining cleaning and customer service standards while balancing schedule demands and occasional Saturdays. This role offers growth and rewards tied to performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• At least 5 years of frontline supervision or management experience.
• Proven coaching and performance-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to hold staff accountable while maintaining a positive team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfortable working in field and traveling within the service area.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work in the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop frontline employees.
• Train and onboard new HSPs and team members.
• Work in the field alongside staff when needed.
• Provide real-time coaching on quality, productivity, safety, and service.
• Set clear expectations and enforce accountability.
• Support field operations and scheduling to meet customer demand.
• Monitor performance and implement improvement plans.
• Recruit, interview, and assist with hiring frontline staff.
