Job summary

Credit Union of Texas seeks a bilingual HELOC Loan Originator to handle inbound/outbound calls in English and Spanish, educate members on home equity solutions, and drive loan applications from inquiry to funded status.

You will enter applications in Encompass, Symitar, and Salesforce, ensure TRID disclosures, and meet monthly production targets while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of related loan origination experience.
• HELOC/mortgage origination experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Experience with AI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound/outbound calls to members and prospects regarding HELOC and home equity products in English and Spanish.
• Enter HELOC applications into the loan origination system and ensure disclosures are issued within TRID timelines.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual production and conversion targets.
• Provide knowledge of CUTX home equity products, rates, terms, and qualification requirements.
• Maintain timely disclosures and nurture a smooth application process with internal partners.
