Credit Union of Texas in Garland seeks a Virtual Member Relationship Specialist - Bilingual to serve members across English and Spanish through video banking, phone, and digital channels. You will open memberships and depository accounts, originate loans, and provide ongoing servicing with CUTX tools.

You will partner with branch teams to deepen relationships, apply sound credit and risk judgment, and ensure compliant, accurate documentation while delivering an exceptional member experience.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• 1–2 years in member service, banking, or consumer lending preferred.
• Experience with virtual/video banking or contact center environments is a plus.
• High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Engage new and existing members via virtual channels (video, phone, digital messaging) in English and Spanish.
• Open memberships and depository accounts; originate and process consumer loans; perform account servicing.
• Collaborate with branch teams to deepen member relationships and ensure compliant, accurate processing.
