Job summary

National Mortgage Staffing seeks a Bilingual Mortgage Loan Officer (Spanish) in San Antonio to join a growing direct lender. This role features a shared office with a realtor and immediate access to purchase leads, with a hybrid work arrangement.

You will manage inbound leads, originate FHA/VA/USDA and Conventional loans, and use Spanish to support borrowers. Collaboration with underwriting and closing teams will enable fast turnarounds and strict compliance.

Qualifications

• Active Texas NMLS license, CE current.
• Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written).
• Proven history of success in mortgage sales.
• Purchase experience strongly preferred.
• Some self-sourced business a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency in Encompass and Nexus preferred.
