Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of loan-originating experience.
• Valid driver's license and dependable mode of transportation.
• Valid NMLS license or willing to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and homebuilding associates through in-person interactions.
• Conduct First Time Homebuyer Seminars and develop client relationships.
• Originate and prepare new loans while ensuring compliance.
