Metro Vein Centers is seeking a patient-focused Patient Service Representative to support front desk operations in a busy outpatient clinic. This role involves check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, copay collection, and EMR data entry to ensure a smooth patient flow.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service, strong communication skills, and preferably experience in medical offices. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred to serve a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• Prior experience in a medical front desk, healthcare scheduling, patient access, or outpatient clinic setting preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred to serve diverse patients.
• Excellent communication and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with EMR systems, scheduling platforms, and insurance verification.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, and assist with check-out.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments in the EMR.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect copays or balances.
• Manage patient documentation and EMR scheduling.
• Support clinic flow and communication between providers, patients, and staff.
• Address scheduling questions, referrals, and billing inquiries.
