The ideal candidate has 2+ years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask with professionalism and empathy in a high-volume medical setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• Experience in medical front desk, healthcare scheduling, or outpatient setting preferred.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor in a patient-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients professionally in person and by phone.
• Verify insurance eligibility and patient demographics.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments in the EMR system.
• Collect copays, coinsurance, and balances; obtain required patient documentation.
• Answer scheduling, billing, referrals, and treatment questions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and EMR documentation.
