Job summary

Conviva Senior Primary Care, part of CenterWell and Humana, is seeking a Receptionist to greet patients, manage appointment calendars, and support the medical team at our San Antonio, TX centers.

The role emphasizes patient experience, accurate record-keeping in EMR/CRM systems, and professional communication both in person and over the phone. 40 hours weekly; eligible for a bonus plan based on performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year+ healthcare or customer service experience.
• Passionate about patient experiences and care.
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in person and by phone.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with medical staff.
• Maintain patient records in EMR/CRM systems with accuracy.
• Answer inquiries and provide general information.
• Keep work area tidy, stocked, and organized.
• Provide administrative support as needed by the manager.
