Job summary

TP is recruiting a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Specialist for a remote role. You will handle inbound/outbound inquiries, resolve questions, and support clients with a high-velocity service delivery environment.

The position requires at least 6 months of customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently from a home setup. A dedicated workspace and reliable internet are expected.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English is required.
• 6+ months of customer service experience.
• 18+ years of age and HS diploma or GED.
• Able to type 25 wpm and comfortable with Windows OS.
• Comfort with desktop computer systems and remote work setup.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers via phone/email/chat to resolve questions.
• De-escalate issues and escalate when needed.
• Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
• Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Meet sales objectives as defined.
