Job summary

BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a remote Call Center Customer Service representative in Florida to help consumers understand their accounts and offer flexible payment options.

You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, document interactions, and strive to meet performance goals with coaching support. The role requires 1+ year in a call center or customer service environment, and fluency in English and Spanish.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

What You’ll Do:

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections
• Bilingual Required (Fluent in English and Spanish)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
• A reliable, detail-oriented work style

Work-From-Home Requirements:

• Must reside in: FL, MO, SC, or VA
• Quiet, private workspace
• High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with ability to hardwire ethernet cable from modem to computer
• Wi‑Fi and hotspots are not supported
• Must meet tech requirements before training begins
