Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and provide quality customer service to patients and staff.
• Assist with insurance verification and determine patient financial responsibility.
• Obtain authorizations from insurers for required services and follow up on balances.
• Work with Benefits Specialists to coordinate patient support.
• Perform data entry, scanning, and other clerical tasks as assigned.
