Job summary

Maximus is hiring bilingual Customer Service Representatives to support the Health Texas project by handling customer care and enrollment services via telephone, IVR and web portals. Training is provided to empower CSRs with knowledge and professionalism.

Bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish and English are encouraged to apply. This full-time, hybrid/remote role starts onsite for training and can transition to remote work after completion, with a schedule from 8AM to 6:30PM CST.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required for effective customer interactions.
• Prior customer service experience preferred; ability to handle high call volume.
• Strong data-entry skills and accurate information handling.
• Proficiency with standard computer applications and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries via telephone, IVR, and web channels with professionalism.
• Provide accurate information on programs and enrollment processes.
• Document interactions and transactions in appropriate systems.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors and coordinate with internal teams.
