CGS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a wide-ranging initiative for a large Federal agency. The role involves handling calls and emails, using a knowledge base and SOPs, and documenting interactions in the customer support database.

This entry-level Full Time position offers growth opportunities within CGS. Qualified candidates will be fluent in English and/or Spanish, hold a High School diploma or GED, and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and/or Spanish (written and verbal).

Responsibilities
