CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a broad federal agency initiative. This full-time, on-site role in Oklahoma City emphasizes responsive communication, adherence to SOPs, and thorough documentation of interactions to ensure quality service.

Qualified candidates will be fluent in English and/or Spanish, possess a HS diploma or GED, and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and/or Spanish (written and verbal).
• HS diploma or GED certificate required.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance, including credit check and background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Reply to calls and emails from the public.
• Use knowledge base and SOP to answer requests.
• Document communications in the database.
