Lincoln Electric is seeking an Export Order Management Specialist in Mason, OH to independently manage end-to-end international orders with a focus on accuracy, regulatory compliance, and on-time fulfillment.

The role requires strong collaboration with Warehouse, Sales, Finance, Global Trade Compliance, and freight forwarders to resolve issues affecting shipment timing, cost, or compliance. Proficiency in HTS/ECCN and Incoterms is preferred.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience in supply chain, business, logistics, or related field.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking ability is required.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data quality, documentation accuracy, and compliance readiness.
• Cross-functional communication with Warehouse, Sales, Finance, Credit, Trade Compliance, and external logistics partners.
• Familiarity with HTS/ECCN classifications, country-of-origin requirements, and export-control fundamentals.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end export to shipment process, including release, hold management, shipment booking, and post-shipment documentation.
• Prepare and review complex export documents such as certificates of origin and proforma invoices.
• Coordinate filings through company systems, freight forwarders, or government portals with accuracy.
• Ensure accurate classification inputs and Incoterms alignment with Global Trade Compliance and Master Data.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers for consignments and approvals.
• Identify and resolve shipment delays or regulatory issues; communicate impacts and recovery plans.
