Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, operations, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive logistics and distribution experience with leadership.
• Experience leading multi-site distribution operations, transportation networks, or 3PL-managed operations.
• Strong understanding of domestic transportation, international logistics, warehousing operations, carrier management, and cost control.
• Demonstrated ability to manage internal leaders and external partners while driving performance through KPIs and governance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of logistics managers (domestic & international) and four warehouse managers, establishing priorities and accountability for execution.
• Own the operations and performance of seven distribution centers including three externally managed 3PL sites.
• Develop and execute logistics strategies that support safety, service, inventory flow, cost efficiency, and growth.
• Provide leadership oversight for transportation management, carrier performance, 3PL governance, and network execution.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for safety, on-time delivery, dock-to-stock, inventory accuracy, and freight cost.
