Job summary

Harris Products Group is seeking an Export Order Management Specialist to independently manage end-to-end international customer orders, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and on-time shipments. You will coordinate with Warehouse, Sales, Finance, and Global Trade Compliance to review complex documents and optimize cost and cycle times.

Strong attention to detail and knowledge of HTS/ECCN and Incoterms are essential; experience with SAP and TOPS is a plus.

Qualifications

Associate degree or 4+ years of related supply chain experience.
Strong data quality and documentation accuracy.
Cross-functional communication with internal teams and external partners.
Familiarity with HTS/ECCN classifications and export controls.
Ability to prioritize deadlines and work under time constraints.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end export execution from order to post-shipment docs.
Prepare complex export docs: origin certificates, proforma invoices, shipper instructions.
Manage export filings with systems, forwarders, and portals.
Ensure HTS/ECCN inputs and Incoterms alignment with Compliance.
Coordinate container planning and customs clearance.
Identify and resolve delays; communicate plans to stakeholders.
Collaborate with Warehouse, Sales, Finance, Trade Compliance, and subsidiaries.
Monitor shipment costs; reconcile charges and resolve billing issues.
Use TOPS modeling to optimize container/pallet configurations.
