Job summary

This role will lead planning, inventory, and S&OP governance across functions.

You will drive forecast accuracy and efficiency by applying analytics, partnering with Commercial, Finance, and Product Management, and guiding a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production plan aligned with demand forecasts and inventory levels (including WIPS).
• Develop mid-term/long-term production plan in line with service level target.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure tradeoffs are understood.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure material availability and timely delivery.
• Own Harris S&OP cycle and drive forecast accuracy with advanced analytics.
• Lead monthly S&OP process and report KPIs to leadership.
