Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company seeks a detail-oriented Export Customer Service professional to manage Order to Cash activities at its Cleveland headquarters. You will input orders, confirm data with customers, review pricing and promotions, and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery under defined service levels.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
• Export customer service experience required.
• Training in 49CFR, IMDG and IATA regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management and prioritization.
• Customer-focused professional demeanor.
• Experience using CRM and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Input and confirm orders with customers during acknowledgement.
• Review pricing for accuracy and apply promotions to invoices.
• Track orders to ensure on-time delivery per shipping agreements.
• Manage inquiries via email, fax, and phone and maintain customer profiles.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Regulatory, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain SOPs and participate in continuous improvement.
