A bachelor's degree in business or a related field and bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $78,200 to $117,200 annually, along with additional benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in customer service including people management.
• 2+ years experience with Export-Import Control, Customs and/or regulatory compliance.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Solution Specialist team for efficient Order-To-Cash transactions.
• Manage export compliance program processes including licensing and documentation.
• Supervise performance and development of team members.
