Job summary

Interra International, LLC. in Atlanta, GA seeks a bilingual Global Operations Specialist to keep shipments moving to Central and South America, file EEI via AES, and manage export docs. You will communicate with customers in Spanish, ensure compliance, and collaborate with Sales to resolve issues.

The role requires solid export operations experience, English and Spanish fluency, and strong Excel/Word skills; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in export operations, export compliance, freight forwarding, or international logistics.
• Fluent English and Spanish, including professional reading and writing in Spanish.
• Working knowledge of U.S. export compliance and AES regulations.
• Sharp attention to detail and a compliance mindset.
• A customer-first approach and the ability to build rapport over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file EEI through AES in line with U.S. export regulations.
• Review each shipment and determine the documents it needs by country and commodity.
• Track shipments to the customer, applying Incoterms and capturing all costs.
• Build relationships with customers by phone and in writing, in Spanish.
• Resolve documentation and delivery issues, and work with Sales to keep customers informed.
