CCF Family of Brands in Lawrenceville, GA is hiring a Bilingual General Manager for Titlemax. You will oversee store performance, coach a team, and drive revenue while ensuring compliance and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ supervisory/leadership experience in retail, finance, service, or related industries.
• Operations leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office and other systems.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and personal vehicle.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background checks required per law.
• Physical demands include standing most of the time and light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance and meet company standards.
• Coach, lead, and develop team to grow new business and revenue.
• Identify local marketing opportunities and participate in community events.
• Evaluate loan/pawn applications and assess risk within limits.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and laws; assist audits.
• Oversee cash management, loss prevention, and security.
• Open/close procedures and train staff in keyholder duties.
• Assist in hiring and retention of employees.
• Develop work schedules within budget and store needs.
• Handle difficult customer situations with professionalism.
